Mt. Bruce Festival
Well, this was the first time that I went and I must say that it was really disppointing. Not nearly what I thought it would be. Not all that much fiber for sale and it just didn't seem like the spinners were that experienced. I found one booth that had some appealing roving. It was Maple Row Stock Farm from Sherwood MI. I purchased a 50/50 blend of N.C. Coopworth and N.C. Romney. The fiber has been over dyed in a dark forrest green. I just love the color. Not the softest but it isn't too bad. This was the only purchase I made and it cost me and my partner 12 bucks to get in. Won't be going next year.
